eshmeshek f899eeb4ef Add exe packaging and install.bat

- esbuild bundle + @yao-pkg/pkg for standalone Windows exe
- install.bat copies to %LOCALAPPDATA%\kisync and adds to user PATH
- npm run package to build release/kisync.exe
